Privacy Policy

Effective October 4, 2026. This policy explains what information Teakwood Learning Center collects through this website and how it is used.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, your child’s age if you give it, the topic you choose and your message. The form is delivered to us by Formspree, a form-processing service, which stores submissions on our behalf under its own privacy policy.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not tell us who you are. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

Information collected automatically

Like every website, this site is delivered by a hosting provider. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy.

How we use information

We use the details you send only to reply to you about care, enrollment, visits or the question you asked. We do not use them for marketing lists and we do not share them except with the service providers above, or when the law requires it.

Children’s privacy

This website is meant for parents and guardians. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Information about a child that a parent chooses to share, such as an age, is used only to answer that parent. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep messages only as long as we need them to respond and to follow up on enrollment. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.

Records of enrolled children

This policy covers the website only. Records kept for enrolled children are handled under the center’s enrollment policies and Ohio child care licensing rules, not through this website.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
